I have been finding so much good music the last few days
That I had to make three stations. Hehe.
Set The Sontrols For The Heart Of The Sun
Kill! Kill! Kill!
God Made Dirt And Dirt Don't Hurt
For some reason I decided to make theme stations. I just found it is very fun to type a word into the search and go through songs that way. It's a good way to discover stuff I wouldn't normally click on. Anyway, please enjoy and let me know what you think! :-)

Ah hoy hoy Jack!
Since your songs don't fit into the theme stations, I have most readily added Hey Ho to The Frequency Is V. Awwwww yeah. Who loves ya Jack? :-)
And damn it that first station was supposed to be set the CONTROLS not sontrols. Damn it.
I hope all of you know the song "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun". If not....what the heck man?

Blimey!! You didn't give me time to stroke me chin, let alone time to wet me beard!! How'd you do that so quick!? I'll show you my 'intestinal float' trick if you show me how you just did that!!?
Let's see 'CONTROLS not sontrols'......about that!!! I think I kinda like 'sontrols', it has a sort of new age ring to it that sort of stumbles off the tongue. A good attribute in my book....tattered as it is!
Come here and let me show you some man love in return for your sins.
NOTE: Adding 'THE JACK PADDLE COVER BAND', can be seen as a sinful act in certain circles.........usually those oval shaped ones!!

Took ya long enough to notice. haha.
You didn't let me know if you know what band wrote the song I named the staion after though.
Speaking of circles, the world is an oblate spheroid.

Hmmm, now that I think about it maybe I shouldn't have pressed for an answer. It seemed better as a mystery. Damn it. Why did you have to go and ruin it? haha.

Ok, now I thought of a little piece of trivia. Though I am not asking it. haha. I am just going to say that "A Saucer Full Of Secrets", Pink Floyd's 2nd album was the only Pink Floyd album to have appearances by all 5 members of Pink Floyd. Roger Waters, Rick Wright, Nick Mason, David Gilmour AND Syd Barrett. Very coool.

Hey V-Freak! I noticed your kill kill kill station yesterday...I don't think I have a chance of making it onto that one unless I cover some Jerry Lee Lewis (lol)...howzabout a LUV LUV LUV station? Or are you singlemindedly bent on destruction?
;)

Sometimes yes. I am bent on destruction. But I have been trying to find other themes. Love is a good one. I also thought of these so far and have been doing some preliminary checking:
Smile
Laugh
Lie
Bad
Any other suggestions? Anyone?

The set the controls for the heart of the sun station was great!
I think i added 3 songs from it to mine AND The Davies Ison projects 'sunshine' is up there too!
Amazing the quality of songs from a random word like 'sun'
The 'Gypsy' one i did is nowhere near as good..Tho maybe i had less songs to pick from..

Why thank you Steve. There were ALOT of songs to pick from. But like you I don't have much of an appetite for certain genres. Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Electronic, Ambient, and so forth aren't really for me. So that did help narrow things down a little bit. One thing I noticed is that alot of the songs don't play anymore. Sometimes I'd see a cool title and then...nothing. Just a 0:00 on the player. Oh well.

Yeh,that explains it V...I had to put up every single one with 'Gypsy' in it that played-So there wasn't alot of choice!
Alot of songs got crippled in the crash they had a while back apparantly..There's loads of dead songs all over the site..
It seems to be ones that hadn't been played for ages that were affected..

I see I see. That explains it. Good to know.
