the last number of days this place has been sketchy, off line numerous times, can't access. down here and there and that could be one of the reasons. I know, it is frustrating

Sorry about the issues you have had. Our database company has been having problems, finally got an answer from them on this, they said they have been performing migration process and continuously monitoring website performance. and they now will ensure all service work without interruptions.
So I read that to say we should be alright from this point forward.
