Well, here's the video - SuperPuss Refrigerator prog rock - "Outburst"
.....version 1 anyway. I may add a few things to it during the week but this is it for now, the newest SuperPuss video clip.
The song is called 'Outburst' and is about global warming. If you like it and want to add it to your stations, you'll find it here
Your feedback is most welcome.

Absolutely bloody fantastic!!! Well done Superpuss
Just one little thing in the text:
Do you mean 'Sucking our planet dry' instead of 'Sucking out planet dry'??
Ciao,
Vincenzo

Thanks heaps guys. Glad you like it :-)
....and thank you for finding my typo, Vincenzo. I do indeed mean 'our' rather than 'out'. Well spotted!
I'm actually thinking about putting some extra synth pads in the solo part so I'll have to re-edit to add those parts to the clip and I'll fix it then.

Outstanding performance, and a very cool visual concept, too. Well done, S.P.
I read in another post that you've only been playing the drums for six months? You keep excellent time!

Really brilliant, you certainly are multi talented. The video gets over the message in the song which you might not realiise if you dont always have time to read lyrics.

Hi Titania
I've said it before you are very talented. And not just with music as we can see by your film technique. I really enjoyed the keyboard parts.....I am a red blooded male in his prime however, and found myself being distracted away from the real message.....oh well I'll live.....maybe.......Great job....Mark

OMG guys and girls!!!!!
Thank you so much for your wonderful support and compliments here!! You have all absolutely made my day!
Hugh,
LOL @ screaming schoolgirls!!
Rivergods,
My V Drums kit is the first drumkit I've ever had. I have played hand percussion for a while so I got my sense of timing from that.
As far as playing kit is concerned, I would always play 'air drums', doing fills with wooden spoons while cooking or playing an invisible kit in the car at the traffic lights....or anywhere else there was a rockin tune playing and I felt like it!!
About June 2007 I found out how good V Drums had become and just got this crazy urge to go out on a limb and purchase them!! I had no idea if I would actually be any good at playing it for real but I wanted to! I was tired of trying to play drum parts on one of my keyboards too!!
Anyway, as it turns out, it was a good investment........ whew!!!
Thanks again HEAPS everyone. You guys all ROCK!!!!

Thanks heaps DT. :-)
Thanks too Rob! I developed a major case of gear lust when I first saw and heard V Drums. I absolutely LOVE them! They are amazing and record exceptionally well.
The sounds are not actually samples. They are modelled and all the acoustic parameters are editable. Everything from skin type, beater type, snare buzz, shell type, room size and wall material, individual mic positions and room mic positions, eq and compression, rivets or chains on cymbals, even gaffer tape on skins and pillows and blankets in the kick drum, you name it, pretty much anything you could physically do to a drum kit is editable and can be saved in individual patches.
