Who's hiding?....
....Behind their IAC Station?
There's some great Station playlists on IAC but not everyone includes any kind of link to who they are as their creator. Or am I missing something?
I'd like to be able to post more than a short and tiny Shout sometimes. Can the bigger Comments be posted on Stations?
The Station creator I'd like to contact is this one: http://iacmusic.com/stations/KIAC5031.htm - Tribal Sovereignty.
Thanx

....Grrrr! Why no editing?
I wanted to correct my poor stab at html.
Hopefully you peeps here are going to take my comments as honest feedback rather than complaints but there's room for a huge amount of interface improvement imo. Pipeline surely isn't still in beta is it?

You can go to the artists page and leave comments towards the bottom left of the page.
Or, you can click on the song title and leave a critique.
I'm not sure if we have the comment feature on our station pages. May be something to ask. I do know you can leave a brief message with your link.

Hi RR
Station masters/mistresses often want to remain unknown for various reasons. I think this is a positive feature because it means there are no ulterior motives in creating a Station, no self promotional angle.
The songs are also chosen for various reasons (and not, I must add) always because there is great musical merit, it could simply be a fun idea that connects them.
I think when you find a Station you admire because they genuinely like you and have reviewed you positively, then you will soon find out who they are often from reading the message board and their replies to tags.
No, there is no comment facility on Stations this is reserved for band pages to expand on thoughts about individual artists.
IAC is rightly proud of their Station facility which is unmatched by any other indie music site ANYWHERE....I challenge anyone to find anything aproaching - Vee

Thanks, Vee!
That explains it all very well and I respect the reasoning.
I've also just discovered that I can arrive straight here by clicking Blog from my Artist page. I had understood a Blog and a Forum Topic to be different but on IAC they appear to be the same.
Yes, I love the IAC Stations and keep asking some of my preferred MySpace musician fwends to join over here so I (and others) can include their songs. There's quite a few who are already here - The awesome Ainjel Emme and Under for example.
I'm most definitely going to update and develop my Station - Not updated since last April!!
