I raise my glass to Silverwood Studios! Bravo, Rob, Leo and Jake.
This list was last recorded on 5/27/11
TOP 10 artists in page view ranking
(all page views for each artist since 7/9/09)
1) EM Giel- 28,839
2) Fuji Minx- 27,468
3) Slimdog.. 24,186
4) Richard Scotti 22,630
5) Bryon Tossof.. 21,602
6) Silverwood- 20,039
7) Marc Ceccotti- 19,225
8) Jeff Allen Myers-19,074
9) Texas Willie 17,073
10) Conversation Suicide 16,763
If anyone has a number that fits in between any of these numbers. feel free to amend the record.
I used to be #2 back in the day when Fuji Minx was #1. I guess "all things must pass". I've had a good run but I just can't put out high quality stuff on a continuous basis like I used to. It's a quest I longer feel compelled to pursue but I'm happy to see others climbing up there. I've turned my attention to pitching my existing songs to publishers. I expect to keep sinking in the "view rankings" but luckily the people who are viewing are also listening and it's helping me decide which songs to pitch. Congrats to all on the above chart..

Sorry, about that Phlegm. That has been corrected as you can see. I searched for "Phlegm" who had 5039 views. I didn't realize that Conversation Suicide was a separate entity. Thank you for clearing that up and forgive my ignorance of that fact! This is no official list by any means. I just tried to find the artists with the most views. Since I don't know EVERY artist on the site, this was the best I could come with. That's why I suggested that if anyone has a higher number, they should add it to the list which you did!
I also wanted to thank you for all the plays I'm getting from your stations. My "Daily Log" reveals many, many plays every single day coming from those stations. Rob's stations have also been a big boost to my songs as well and I thank him for that. Besides being great artists, you guys are great station managers with very popular stations. This is a testament to both your abilities to choose songs that appeal to a wide range of listeners. Many thanks to all the artists and listeners who are also station managers. Stations play an important role in our IAC community and after five years it still makes my day when I get a station add. I'm always very grateful when that happens.

DAMN !
THat would be MOST awesome indeed.
Pete Townshend got a write-up in The Rolling Stone for his wife's work on IACMusic, a few years ago... too bad he's rarely seen or heard on this site now.
He USED to have a promo blurb as a recording on IAC, with his and Rachel's voices Proclaiming Proudly that IACmusic was the BEST site for Indies.... !
Any other phamous Rock or Music Icons we could enlist to takeover where that guy from THe WHo left OFF; i.e., on promoting this here IAC to a more mainstream audience? Just hopin' ...
Sigh.
So, we got to do this Music revolution as the little peeps, my bruthas & sistas, apparently it might "not be televised" (R.I.P. Gil Scott Heron) !
Keep on Rockin' Steve Your voice/musical compositions & performances are stellar, and on my playlist EVERY week

Congratulations on the big numbers. There's good reason behind them, for sure.
I avoided reading this posting for a while because I knew in my heart of hearts that ultimately, and sadly, there would be no actual free beer at the end of the experience.
But I'm glad it's full of good news, because if it were nonsense, AND there was no free beer, I would be sorely disappointed.
I'll hoist a Guinness to you next time I'm out.
