IAC/IMP member Rayburn Anthony
As 2018 winds down into the history books, I’m reminded of the loss earlier this year of IAC/IMP member Rayburn Anthony (May 23, 1937 – April 21, 2018).
An accomplished country/rockabilly singer, songwriter, recording artist and Rockabilly Hall of Fame member, Tennessee native and legend Rayburn Anthony made his first recordings in 1959 for the legendary Sun label in Memphis and went on to record for several major record labels in Nashville.
Rayburn performed numerous times on the Grand Ole Opry, made successful tours to England, Scotland, Sweden and Canada, including many appearances throughout the U.S. during his career.

Yes, rest in peace Rayburn Anthony.
Neil, good to hear from you, cowboy, who saved IAC/IMP from extinction back in the day...

Thank you Stoneman, Steve and Mortimer.

I wasn't familiar with Rayburn Anthony's work, but I'm glad to hear it now and also very sorry the world has lost such a wonderful musician. Thanks for posting, Neil.
