I flirted with a few sites and had a brief affair with Myspace but I'm so happy to back with my true love, IAC, especially to hang with beauties like you, Lace.

I must admit, I've been a naughty pussycat and have been seeing other websites too!!! *shock horror!!*
Seriously though, it is so good to be back home again..... *purrs loudly* =^.^=
Now if I can just get my damn internet connection sorted out ...... I've been supposedly upgraded to a new super fast plan but have been having nothing but dropout problems. Had a visit from a tech today and apparently there's a fault in the copper between my place and the exchange............NO SHIT, SHERLOCK!!!

Oh Richard you flatter me (SO KEEP IT COMING LOLOLOLOLLLLL)..
Amen John Amen!..
Titania you hussy you :P ::won't admit she was seen skulking about Myspace a few times in the past week or so herself::: OH I upgraded my Verizon DSL to a *quicker speed* and spend more time control alt deleting out of IE from all the freezing.. is that what is happening to you too? I called Verizon and discovered it would be cheaper to cancel my contract than pay their tech help a one time fee to fix it.. THEY flubbed it up.. not ME!
I agree Larry good to see you too!

Lace, my computer is working purrfectly. It is just my internet connection that is unstable. The modem drops out constantly and interrupts any uploads or downloads I am doing (most frustrating).
Fortunately, in my case, my ISP has recognised that it is not my equipment and is actually going to do something to fix it this week (supposedly).
We'll see what happens.

Hi Lace, Yeah well I actually built another web page and wrote a couple of new songs to fill the void. I also missed everyone, and I am glad the upgrade worked out. JO

Hi! I don't know which would be more appropriate - the theme song from Cheers, or "Welcome Back, Kotter"!

Or even the old standard "Home Sweet Home".
...Actually, I prefer the Codesters idea. Hit it, John!
Welcome back, Lace. It's always a pleasure to see you. I have to admit, I was getting a little 'buggy', myself. It DID give me the 'excuse' to work on some other projects, though.

Titania I wish I was so lucky, in my rush to grab a piece of music for my MIL's memorial service last week I stupidly downloaded a *free song* which came with an accompanying *a free trojan*. I think I've managed to clear it all up, but the *free song* cost me approx 60 bucks in spyware purchases to get rid of it ::sighs::: I should of and do know better.. I was just in such a crunch.. in the meantime I am getting screen freezes with IE *not responding* if I click on links in emails or on webpages, especially with that lil hand thingy. That started immediately after I *upgraded* to the faster Verison DSL ::sighs again:::
Jo you were busy! Where is the new webpage?
Hugh/CodesterSRM/John big hellos and the songs? They're all good, altho I'm leaning towards the Led Zep myself :D

Hi Lace -----I missed your beautiful big eyes------ewe know!
Larry, we've been like a lost sheep looking for a paddock-----
started a newsite at "reverb nation"---- but can't get the songs to play---heh!
also was able to pimp up our other (neglected ) sites at www.cruxy.com and ezfolk.com and myspace !
this site is so much more interactive-----i really think if we can get it running smoothly we will roll over most of the competition!

Hi Lace,
Have you ever considered getting an Apple computer? It's immune to viruses and almost never freezes or crashes. It may be more expensive than a pc but you'll never have to buy Norton anti-virus protection software at $60 bucks a shot.
My friend has a Dell computer that has constant problems and he's always spending money trying to fix it, update it, or protect it from viruses. Recently he couldn't get it to communicate with his printer and a call to Dell tech supportcost him $$40 because it's no longer under warranty. So when you factor in all the extra costs of a pc, the Apple looks more attractive. (it's also way faster than a pc) Good luck!

Richard I've thought of taking a hammer to my PC afterwhich I toss it out the window to ground floor, but have never considered an Apple.. till now... especially with your review.. thanx...

I was late getting a cell phone. Now I love having it. I was late getting cable tv and HBO, now I love it. I was late getting an Apple computer. Now it has changed my life. I have to stop being so cautious about new things! Get a G5 iMAC and I promise you, your life will be enhanced many times over. I only wish I had bought one sooner.
