Opening for Big Smith THIS Friday 2/20
I don't usually promote much over here... seeing as how most folks here don't live in St. Louis. But thought ya'll might appreciate a listen in on one of our favorite regional bands. We love these guys (and gal)... super genuinely sweet people and fantastic players. Found each other playing a local festival together. This will be our 3rd time opening for them... always a big big crowd. And this Friday both Jody (mandolin) and Molly (fiddle), will be joining us for a brand new tune I wrote. Anyhoo, give a listen...

Thanks for touching in Rob and Bryon!
Other cool side of these folks, is they use our Steel Guitar Black Box (got 2 so far), for acoustic guitar and fiddle...

That's us... at least one of our businesses. My husband invents it, I design the look and then we hand build, wire, solder and ship one at a time...
The SGBB would definitely work with bass. funny thing, we originally designed it for steel guitar (hot pickups), then when I was testing out acoustic amps (and hating all of them), we decided to try the SGBB on my guitar... and WOW... it made all the difference in the world, removing the brittleness and instead of it sounding like a pickup... it sounds like wood and strings.
But have another piece called the FreeLoader (our only non-tube) piece that would work really well with bass... The FL was developed around the same concept as the SGBB, but no tube, and small and lightweight. We also have a brand new preamp that we're about to announce, that will be amazing for bass... super clean circuit and very flexible. All high-end audiophile stuff. The site will be most informative though.

Nice info Auset. I read up on these pieces of genius, nice inventions very cool.....may invest in one for my keyboards since it may fatten up the sounds out of my digital piano and synth, although the older analogs I have are great and dont really need any help.
