O.J. ....Karma...and a incredible coincidence
LAS VEGAS O.J. Simpson, who went from American sports idol to celebrity-in-exile after he was acquitted of murder in 1995, was found guilty Friday of robbing two sports-memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room.
The verdict came 13 years to the day after Simpson was cleared of murdering his ex-wife and a friend of hers in Los Angeles in one of the most sensational trials of the 20th century.
Simpson, 61, could spend the rest of his life in prison.
Thirteen years to the day he stood in a courtroom and was freed in a Travesty of Justice......he was once again in a courtroom and the Universe righted a wrong....
Now that's funny...powerful forces were at work to fix the unbalance in the space time continueum, the fact it was an unlucky 13 years to the day is priceless... :)

Jeff I agree with you and the OJ story is included on my "news" station - the man is incredible, and I don't mean that in a good way.

'Tis rare though, that somebody with such money & power, is brought to justice in THIS life.
And I'm gonna say it. If he were a white dude & part of America's lovely good ole boy network, he'd STILL be free.
Remove the 13 year to the date coincidence (that was actually PLANNED by the court and others), and you've got America with the SAME problem , same as it ever was....
Racism doesn't even get overcome by extreme wealth.
This is truly a dark time, and while it's good that he's been brought to justice. It does give one pause to consider....
sigh...

"And I'm gonna say it. If he were a white dude & part of America's lovely good ole boy network, he'd STILL be free." Sorry I don't agree Phlegm
The only reason he got off the first time was because Johnny Cochran played the Race Card. The African Americans on the Jury wanted to get back at a system that had perpetrated gross injustices against them for hundreds of years.
Forget about the astronomically slim chance the blood at the scene belonged to someone other than Orenthal James Simpson.... The L A PD must have planted the evidence. Forget about the fact that the shoe prints in blood were Bruno magli shoes, a very expensive pair that was traced to O.J. ...Forget about his cut finger, or the chase in the white Bronco, or the missing bag of clothes. Or the suicide note that said nothing about him being wrongly accused.....forget about the fact he was a confirmed wife beater...
Yes the rich get off...but not against Brutal evidence like this... If Joe Montana, a famous white sports hero had been up against the same evidence he would have been fried. It was a joke and a travesty two people were brutally murdered, and race relations became a factor.
This was poetic justice, and I hope the bastard gets life.
Just my opinion,
Regards,
Jeff

yup. And your fully entitled to it.
But I think you forget the TONS of Mafia leaders that have gotten off on murder raps a mile long who were white. ALL BECAUSE they had MONEY and TIES to corrupt Government officials & corrupt businesses/corporations (both Legitimate & ILLEGAL businesses); all while law enforcement's hands were tied OR they were corrupted themselves, and had their hand in the pie.
And the FIRST George Bush himself, who skated away merrily from his IRAN/CONTRA-GATE scandal & many other attrocities. Or the CURRENT George Bush who, diverted the public's attention from the original plan, to get Osama Bin Ladin, and took on a WAR for OIL Blood Money & in a country that had little to do with the terrorrists involved in 9/11. And it's STILL goin' on, and will for MOST Likely just as long or longer than the horrible Vietnam War. I could go on and on my friend. RACISM & over-worked NATIONALISM, as well as a plethora of profiling is currently back to an all-time high.
Don't have statistics, but I bet one of my Artist friends or acquaintences could point you to some NIFTY Numbers-filled FACTS and SPecific events of injustice in the forms I was alluding to.

I am just talking about ol Number 32 here..... I can't deny their is gross injustice in our legal system. Sometimes the injustice is they get railroaded, sometimes they get off when they were clearly guilty.
I believe O J is a double murderer...and I am glad he got nailed yesterday.
Peace...
