IAC Songs that deserve better..
As a sequel to Veritys thread for your own ignored songs, just thought i'd start a new one for posting links to undiscovered gems you've found on IAC (NOT YOUR OWN!) that really deserve more love and attention from people..
Just seen this incredibly moody and haunting gem by K.Craven is unbelivably on on only 1 station (mine) after living here for 3 n a half years.....You have to wait till 1.50 or so for it to really open up,but its worth it when it does

Here's one we put on Hitline yesterday and it's since been picked up by more stations. It had languished in obscurity until Nathan found it and we noticed it. More than just a novelty song, this guy really has something:
Bümdoser - Lovesick

I loved the Bumdoser song when I reviewed it. It just felt special and different but still very accessible too - made me smile
LOVESICK
A stomping, twanging bass kicking Rock song with a deep, deep novelty vocal, this is great...you just want to turn it up and shake everything you've got. Some good sound bending too, a fun thang! - JAWZ

Here's a song that takes a few listens at first to really hit the spot but then it really kicks in. I've always thought it is a one of a kind song because it's like a pure improvation from beginning to end, keeps changing on the spot but it somehow holds together. It also almost never fails to make me profoundly sad. I am playing it as I'm typing here and it's doing it to me again. Anyway it's sort of a hidden gem because the artist had a lot of pretty well known indie songs but this was put on her page without any fanfare. I don't think many people, even her fans, know about it, but it's always been there to torment me. ha

It sounds a whole lot like Iggy Pop to me, which is a cool thing.

That Bumdoser song definitely has shades of 'The Ig'...
sounds like something from 'New Values'...thanks for the tips.

Have you heard sweeter harmonies, this side of the Beach Boys?
Seriously.
I love this song.
