Another one of those stations, for the ALREADY Famous/Successful IAC Artists... PHAMOUS PHLEGM PHAVOURITES ! Check it out. Please?
yeah, I know it's been DONE before. BUT, it all has, you know.
SO I'm puttin' a SPIN on the same motif. A station CHOCK full of ALREADY famous IAC Artists. But ONLY the Famous ones that just MIGHT step up, and help IAC get noticed in the broader world.
THEN us unknown types of IACers MIGHT have a fighting chance of getting our music out to the WORLD!!~ THESE gods of INDIE/Underground Music, have experienced what it means to be truly successful in music, and have an audience broad enough to make an impact.
CHECK IT OUT - PHAMOUS PHLEGM PHAVOURITES

PLEASE? I think it may just get a response from one of those famous types, someday.... We're talkin' a WHOLE lot more than just yer Pete Townshend here....
Incredible Indie Gods, that now hang their hat at IAC, too.

You have some "ROCK" solid artists and titles on your PHAMOUS station PHLEGM. Anyone of the PHAMOUS just might be listening. Just by being here on IAC though they are greatly helping and casting a huge shadow for the rest of us obscure and unknowns to stand in and to follow.
Let’s not forget too the image as seen through the eyes of the creators of IAC as portrayed by that lone kayaker, “the indie artist, who by sheer determination takes his or her own music to the world via the internet without the help of large publicity machines or substantial FM radioplay.” http://iacmusic.com/news1/spotlight/intro/IntroToIAC.html
When all is said and done there is a lot to be said about the thrill of white water kayaking and sailing - or riding - into the golden sunset, “like a tumbleweed driftin', blowin' an' rollin' across the desert or down old Route 66 ... from town to town, stage to stage, night after night …just like the restless wind”. And one just never knows when one’s trail might meet up with one or more of the PHAMOUS along the way. Live the dream!!
You are a shining star yourself here Phlegm. Play hard and rock on.
Much respect. Peace brother.

Hey Phlegm...
Hope you're well! :-)
Aren't you proactive... I popped on really quick, you have some of my favs on... I'll check it out in depth soon.
I'll check out your Real Hard Alternative one as well... I keep thinking I'm going to start a station of harder songs I like... I may find a few on here that will be to my liking.

THANK you so much, butterfly, for stoppin' in! I'm bettin' you'll dig it. ONLY a few of the artist's on PHAMOUS PHLEGM PHAVOURITES are actually hard. SO YEAH, PLEASE give it a listen. I'm play testing it again right now, and it seems to flow well in it's current incarnation, although mostly ROCKIN' in an alternative/punk way but I'll be adding a few of my IAC phavourite PHAMOUS country & folk stars too. TOM WAITS is already up in there.
I really DO hope that you'll stop by REAL HARD ALTERNATIVE, like you said, though. That's currently the station that I play at most parties & gatherings.... Sorry, but ya gotta promote OTHERS, WHILE promoting yourself, in my book....
Colin, of THe CODE alwayz nice to hear from you. I think it just might stir up some interest from at least ONE of the commercial successes on IAC; you never know.
And Neil , you always write such AWESOME, and encouraging comments. You're hired, man. As IAC Country Music star and Musician Therapist artist of the month!

Well thank you Phlegm for those mighty kind words. Those are two pretty tall orders though that you mentioned – I'm not sure that this old cowboy is equipped to do fitting justice to either one.
Best wishes and good luck with your PHAMOUS PHLEGM PHAVOURITES station.
Happy trails.

Thanks Neil, and Thanks for stoppin' back by !
Well, I guess the interest in the NEW station has peaked, but PLEASE if anybody ELSE out there gets a chance to peruse IAC's PHAMOUS PHLEGM PHAVOURITES, drop me a COMMENT here, or on the station shoutbox...
I think you'll be mildly suprized to see what FAMOUS artists have now become IAC Artists.
Their pages are REAL, and done by either the artist themselves, their publicist, or the promotion/production company working for Them.
Pretty nifty, huh? Now, if one or more of 'em would become a VERY VISABLE Artist presence on IAC, we could ACTUALLY see this place BLOW WIDE OPEN.....
Or at least, that's one thing I'm hopin' might happen someday.
Please do check it out. It's an ECLECTIC but KILLER collection of Underground / Indie / Punk &/or just plain AMAZING Already FAMOUS Artists on IAC.
