Wanted to share this mind blowing review...

Five stars and everything....thought y'all might like to see.

THAN, the musical brainchild of Edinburgh-based singer-songwriter Nathaniel Slade, have released an absolutely beautiful crafted and produced album in ‘Heart Music Soul Music’.
It’s a masterpiece which demonstrates not only a depth of knowledge of classic songwriting but also a wealth of innovation and talent, combining musical styles and genres with perfect melodies and catchy pop riffs. Nathaniel’s guitar playing is folky and melodic and he’s backed by bold, saucy brass playing which sounds like it has both ska and mariachi influences.
Think John Lennon playing with the Buena Vista Social Club or Neil Finn backed by The Coral. OK, maybe that sounds weird, but trust me it works brilliantly.
THAN switch seamlessly from the irresistible catchy quirkyness of ‘Cigarette’, ‘Tourist’ and the brilliant ‘Aviemore’ to much darker territory on tracks like ‘Twilight’ and ‘My Mind’.
It’s an album you’ll have to listen to more than once, but then you’ll listen to it over and over.
