What songs are y'all working on?
The band has 3 songs currently on our plate, 3 originals I wrote in the last 6 weeks. The next release we're really excited about, it's the closest we've come in our quest to sound like the early Beatles. Then we have 2 songs we are going to release as a 2-sided single, they are both about the same theme - the war on truth.

This is a little Beatle-ish, with a definite nod to Chuck Berry..
Enjoy..

Here's a little taste of a jam Russ and I recorded for our next album. We have about 20+ minutes of pure jamming recorded that we are mining for song material right now, plus we are finishing up a new song with a few more in the works.

Just finished Modified robot. It is a bit like I robot where the very thing u bought to make your life easier. Is turned against you by nefarious people. This song is about the anguish the robot feels about breaking all the hardwired safety protocols. Not to harm humans. The robot would be conflicted.
Unlike humans we can tell when someones is bullshitting us. How would a robot know. Built into the robot is a hardwired off switch. It is based on corruption of original code if it reaches a certain threshold the robot reboots to safety mode
Put it this way i don,t fancy my chances against some keen to kill robots controlled by an enemy i can,t see.

Come to think of it I do have one I spoke to Guitar Ray about recording, it's sort of a tribute to Bill Gates and his human vaccination/extermination program that I actually though I might do the vocals myself on..
It's been a long time since I've been in the studio and it is the kind if song that the worst it comes out the better it could be..., if that make's any sense.
Hmnn..., we'll see what happens.

Working on two songs, my version of Berimbau, and my version of Marbles, Both latin inspired tunes that are quite famous, but they are both a long way off recording.
I also have a list of twenty six tunes that I am using to practice to try and improve my chops, but on some days they are ok, and other days they are all over the place.
Also, I sold my Korg M1 for spares /repairs as I couldn't get a note out of it anymore, so I let someone else try to redeem it.
My Yamaha DX7 says "change battery" in the LCD screen, and the local guy who did keyboard repairs has died, the DX still sends midi though so I'm using it to control soft synths, but the actual keys are pretty worn out and are very noisy and rattly. I have a brand new Yamaha MX61, but I'm not taking it out of the box until my chops improve, I found my book of jazz scales that I haven't seen for twenty years, so I will integrate that into my practice regime, I still feel that I'm months away...

Not a lot going on the last while music as we have been doing spring cleaning , the entire house also we have a large garden area and been prepping that and some maintenance jobs repairing roof on the shed. Lots of flower beds and a small berm adjacent to neighbours yard needed some refreshing with bark mulch.
I have a project with Duane Flock who asked me to do some keyboard parts that I need to get going at and way behind there
I do have some ideas and interesting concepts I want to experiment with
That’s it , all the above home projects though around home take precedence

I wrote this one in the 1970s. It was left unfinished at the time, and Russ and I are preparing to finish the composition and record it very soon!

I can't remember how to add videos to the Pipeline. I'm just going through old stuff at the moment and if I like it, if it's interesting or a bit different I'm bringing it out for anyone who might not have heard it before.

I just dropped “Give Me All Your Love” last night, so far the incredible Bryon is the only one to stop by and listen 45 years in the making.. the verses and chorus were written in 1981. I added a bridge and finally recorded it. You know you have a decent tune when you do not forget it! Take a look at the song picture.. I described it to Perplexity and it nailed it. Down yo the Members only jacket that I had at the time. I did not ask for that detail. The girl “ Kim” even had the same haircut! The guy standing in for me has a Cars t shirt. Again, not asked for., but they were an influence in 1981. Please have a listen…. These song drops are rare, and I hope worth your time. Respectfully, Jeff

Beyond Words Whispers is evolving into an epic 10-minute-plus Yes, ELP, Pink Floyd, etc., Progressive Rock composition.
I also finished another one that I have not recorded yet. And I have no less than three other songs at various stages of development. I love getting on these creative rolls.
