ok this is a big day in rock & roll and you're about to hear why.
We aspire to sound like the Beatles and feel absolutely no shame about wanting to measure up to the best that ever was and the best that ever will be..
our new tune..

Well it's foolish to try to sound like anyone othet than yourself. There are influences of course, that's a given but onlt the Beatles sould like The Beatles with the rare exception of "Lies" by the Knickenbackers.
Sterling30 often got compared to having a Beatles sound but I know better, we sounded like ourselves and never approached anything the Beatles created with the possible exception pf "More Than Beautiful". And there was a song called "Denine" I wrote way back in my teens the had the 3 part harmonies that might have made a Beatles record but we never recorded it.., oh well.
But the Knickenbaockers??? They even got John's attention..

Thanks for checking it out folks.
Gregg, anything that provides an impetus for an original can only be a good thing.
Here's one that our fans call the lost Led Zep song.

This song also contains an important watershed event - It is the 2nd to last song you will EVER hear my 46 year old Rickenbacker 4003 Bass.
But I didnt think of making a video of it, I did make a video of me playing my new Jazz Bass "Left Handed", I flipped my camera around so it would reverse the image, haha.
Looks like greggeggeggggeggegity doesnt like homages especially to The Beatles, the first one we did was "A Great Beginning" where I dropped everything I was doing, and re-recorded ALL of my rhythym tracks - SKIFFLE style. It took me half a day to find a good clean patch for my guitar. And then Scott had provided a great idea for a lead, I added some layers to that. I'm very proud of that song,
But for this song, Scott assigned me the daunting task of coming up with a Beatlesque intro, I had no idea WHAT the hell I was gonna do! It just came to me. And then, to make it sound 12-strings ish, I doubled the part!
So, I'm extremely pleased how this came out, and there was a lotta work done on the little Neg Ten video vignettes in the song, Scott made an accurate AI image of us, then I had Grok make several poses which I then animated. It's the proper use of A-EYE, not to replace US, but to AUGment our work. I was hoping the video would come out more Noir though, thats why I wore my Black Costume and "filmed" in B&W, aboiding my head. I hope the amount of work we put into this is respected. Because we put our very lives and souls into this song.
Thanx for Watching!

I didn't notice the AI images of you all so I had to go back and find it which shows how natural it was, well done for all the work.

Verity - You would only notice em if you have worked with A-EYE... They look pretty convincing, it's the shots showing us playing live in a punk rock dive bar, which, ironically, was where the Beatles got their start as well. Scott is wearing round sunglasses. I was impressed with his orifinal image, it looked JUST like us. After I added the poses and the amination, it changed the contours of our faces a little. But it still creates a great image of how I see US in my head.
Of the 3 of us, only David and I have had lots of experience playing live, and I USED to be able to move like the depiction of me on the left...
Here. this is me in 1988 ish. I cant move like that no mo. I'm the guitar player, obliviously...
