OMG, what crazy behavior, most folks are decent & have a moral compass, however, only takes a small minority, given the permissive gun laws and crazy-a social media, that flourishes on the dark net, etc. etc.

Be careful out there, Hope they apprehended the guy...

yeah Bruce and Steve, well established gangs and gang wars go on a lot around the Vancouver Lower mainland area, this has happened many times in Surrey, a few times in White Rock , Shootings are common place in and around the Vancouver and surrounding areas. Downtown eastside is real sad, the Triads, Indo-Asian gangs, Biker gangs, of all sorts , so being a seaport city and near the border this is not unusual. Reprisals and turf wars are prevalent in this area. Innocent people have been killed and the drug issue. Very challenging for law enforcement and police and undercover agents try their best. This is a worldwide issue and influences from China runs deep here.
