What do you know of the plan?
We have support from our allies here not to mention China and Russia...
Guam is deeply concerned about the threat.
All the diplomacy for decades hasn't stopped or prevented NK from acquiring the abilities to reach America or our allies with a nuclear weapon.
Russia and China also agreed to the sanctions... Meanwhile N Korea keeps pushing on.
I believe China will either step in and slap the chit out of Kim or he'll cross a line that will be his end...
Meanwhile the plan to send 4 missiles to Guams waters was boldly spoken about by the N K regime yesterday... and now S Korea and Japan are speaking out against them. Sending there warnings to NK.
So what is the plan?
If it comes to it we're going to bomb the chit out of that country and end this once and for all. We just need to rattle the cage enough to get the psychopath to strike first.

I'm guessing if we wind up at war with NK...there will be protests larger than Viet-Nams coming from the Left... The rest of the civilized world will be on our side and our country will continue to move towards civil war.

Unless China intervenes... there really isn't anything left to do but wait... China has the most power here to get something done outside of military action. And they're running out of time.
But if he does keep his word..Japan, the US and or allies will have the right to take out any thing he launches and retaliate.
He has no chance and if he's really that psychotic he will be good on his word.
So either china stops this via some serious daily living kind of sanctions... no support!
or he continues his path of developing long range capabilities and no one does anything that prevents this.
or he launches some chit and destroys everything he built in one moment...
So yeah that's where my head is...
Rather than judge others views on your mountain top ;-)...what do you think should be done?

We need to be engaged with Korea and help them build an economy so they won't be afraid to bring their army back home maybe begin a normal life. And don't be so sure about China backing us, that can change very quickly.
We need a real statesman to handle this situation, at the moment Trump does not seem to be up to the task.

North Korea says " The US will pay dearly" after the UN approved new sanctions against Korea....
Tiller said we are willing to talk but they must first stop with the ballistic testing.
Japan and China have both told NK to respect the ban on missiles and nuclear testing.
Japan is also asking for more pressure to be put on NK... whatever that means.
US Ambassador Nikki Haley said these are the most stringent sanctions put on a country in over a generation...
You want a statesman to handle this situation? We have had nothing but that and since that got us nowhere and NK now has the capabilities to do some serious harm we should continue down this path of just be nice to him...
Yup that usually works on bullies who threaten you.
