Video...but which tune?
Was hoping for some input from my fellow online music fetishists...lol...
I've started discussions with a local videographer about doing a video for a Hugo tune - haven't yet really started pondering which song it should be. The overall concept thus far is to do a one-man band kinda thing, shooting the actual tracking of a song - not faking it. Suggestions will be gratefully considered.

Ukelele Odyssey has my vote..... the intro especially lends itself to some real creative possibilities.
OR.....if you want to shoot for something brand new to Hugh, may I suggest Sunrise ? I think you'd do a bang up job with it.

Mike, if I ever assault one of Norah's fine tunes I'll probably do it in PRIVATE (lol) but thanks for the idea - I do like that tune, but one important point of this exercise is to do an original...
The uke tune is an interesting suggestion and I'll think about that. I was thinking the multi-instrumental aspect would be both visually and sonically interesting and I'm wondering if a couple of ukes, shaker and vocals would be engaging...shall ponder...thanks, fellers...

Hugh - was going to suggest 'Don't call me Crazy', but it
seem to have dropped of your page (and my station)?

"Don't Hide Your Love" would make a great video and on the opposite side of the spectrum, "Are You A Believer" would be a very powerful and timely video. You can't go wrong with either a love song or anti-war song and they are both among your best works musically and lyrically. Good luck!

I don't know which one to pick for the video, but I think I'm getting an album list together here!
Spent an hour playing around with the uke looking at myself in the mirror. Don't try that at home.
haha
