the power of positive thinking
originally titled "count your blessings", but I considered that this cat has a passion and refused to take "no" for an answer. Looks like he might be at Cal Tech in Pasadena....anyone? Hugo, I think he's playing thru a Pignose....suprisingly good tone, no?

Great Vid! Proof of the adage "it's only a 'disability' if you let it be".
I'm curious as to what he has strapped to his right foot, for fretting. Any guesses?

His name is Mark Goffeney and has a band called Big Toe. I just emailed him for the answer (and, of course, invited him to join IAC and respond personally). Couldn't help myself ha ha.

Thanks, Jammer. I really am curious. I struggle to play the basics, and it inspires me to try that much harder when I see someone like Mark laying down some great playing with the challenges HE has to overcome.

I dunno...if we were in a band together, I'd want it to be TOEJAM!
LOL!!
I laugh because that dude is obviously HAPPY doing what he LOVES...I'm laughing WITH, not AT, and WONDERFUL, YES, GET THEM HERE PRONTO!!!
Yeah, the Pignose sounds groovy. I still haven't tracked anything through my new amp because I'm happily workin' the acoustic slide thang. But I've been jammin'. Hey wait a minute, hope I'm not infringing on yer trademark...?
