I would say that every year the music gets better, but there is more choice, and everyone can choose what he likes. I listen to old music very often because I really like this music. What only there are no pictures under the title of songs, most of all I remember the photo of the rocket launch images. But I think that before, the music was much better.

I do have a couple of guitar songs. I don't have any lyrics apart from titles. I have been reading your prose on the community forum. Really liked it maybe you could do something for my songs. Keep up the good work one day pal

I somehow missed "Never Let You Go" until yesterday and am hooked. What a gorgeous, relatable, heartbreaking song that manages to stay uplifting due to its melody. Great performance as well.

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your comment on my page - very much appreciated indeed. I was pleased with many of your posts and particularly your open-minded reasoning regarding the Pipeline issue.
After the post that I made on the thread this morning (yesterday morning now), I left to go to Toronto to attend The Who concert at the Air Canada Centre. It is 2:30 a.m., and I have just returned home - not a nice drive due to the snow storm we had tonight, and I see the thread is gone, closed presumably, so I have no idea what was said after my post or if there were any comments made about my post, or if there was a particular post that resulted in the thread being shut down.
I was sorry that I wasn't here to follow the thread until it was closed. Not every day though you get to see Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend and the rest of The Who.
Thanks again.
Neil

You are entirely welcome - great tune. Funny what you commented on our page - I realize the version you have up is a work in progress - but honestly I don't think I the drums or the production even registered with me. That rhythm guitar chord progression is just so beautiful. I love harmonies more than any aspect of music and I hardly ever hear any that are so satisfying as the ones in this song. :)

Hi Ken, thanks for the comments man...I can see you really took the time to listen and I appreciate it. Glad you like "Ronnie Lane" one of my faves too. Checking out yer stuff now...yes, you do play a bit of geetar don't you? :-) lol Great. Ab's Plight great biker rock track, kickass. Shadows in the Midst early-70s type metal, I like the Seattle vibe to Cruisin, this is a nice track (I think this style suits yer voice better, just my opinion). Being that you're looking for honest A&R feedback I'd say try to exploit your voice more (you've got potential as a singer) and try to make the lyrics clearer. Some great potential here, I hope you put out the record! Cheers, Carl

Hi Ken,
Yes, I did get your CD...and thank you... I'm enjoying the hell out of it!
Plight rivals any Billy Idol I've heard (esp. in the guitar dept.) and Shadows puts me in mind of Captain Beyond (prog rock with Capricorn Records). Ever hear of them?
Interesting layout as well....looks like some engineering pages from the Cold War getting hotter (how close am I? lol).
This is great fun, BTW. I just swapped Carl Schonbeck a Jammer CD for something of his work.

Hi Ken...
Thanks for listening and leaving your comments.
I just had time to stop and listen to "Shadows In The Mist"...it is very good. The guitar work is really great.
I do have more tunes to post, which means I will have to sign up for a "prime" account.
Yes, a lot of my existing tunes are kind of folky/country...but I hate being being pigeon-holed, so I am experimenting and working hard to write in different styles/genres. I really like all kinds of music and especially enjoy performing them, so I would ideally like to be able to write in different genres. Lots of work, but I'll get there. Thanks again.

Very creative writing Ken...
I love the lines in A-Plight !
... and now that I see the lines in Crusin, I must say, the song makes a lot more sense to me now ...
the contrast is great between the Serious "I've got something to say" lines in A-Plight... as to the "Fun and Carefree" lines in Crusin...
I like the fact you don't limit yourself to one genre ...
Keep Rockin"
